Ondansetron Hydrochloride

Ondansetron Hydrochloride is a competitive serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonist. It works both peripherally on vagal nerve terminals in the gastrointestinal tract and centrally in the chemoreceptor trigger zone to block the serotonin signals that trigger the vomiting reflex.
